Our website’s content was created with utmost care. However, we cannot assume any warranty for the accuracy, completeness and actuality of the content. Nevertheless, as a service provider, we are accountable for our own content on these pages according to both § 7 Abs.1 TMG (Austrian law) and to general laws. However, as a service provider, according to §§ 8 until 10 TMG (Austrian law), we are not obliged to monitor or, under any circumstances, to research any foreign forwarded or saved information, which could hint towards an illegal activity. Nevertheless, the obligation to remove or lock the utilization of information according to general laws is not influenced by the above. Furthermore, any liability can take place only after the point in time of the acknowledgment of the concrete breach of law. Once we are aware of such law breaches, we shall immediately delete these contents.
